CanTeen is “run by young people, for young people”. They provide an opportunity for young people who have been affected with cancer to meet up in a relaxed and informal setting. Membership is free, they only ask their members to make a small contribution towards the cost of weekends away. They have 7 to 8 weekends away per year to various activity centres throughout Ireland and the UK. They also have 5 to 6 support meetings annually.
