INFORMATION
Family Carers Ireland support family carers and young carers/siblings through a wide range of supports. Supports are available whether your child has been unexpectedly hospitalised, has just received or waiting for a diagnosis, or is living with a serious or long term health condition or disability.
Supports include:
- Information and advice through the helpline or care manager
- Free emergency care planning,
- Counselling,
- Specialised training and education programmes,
- Wellbeing support,
- Advocacy,
- Peer support groups
- Information on rights and entitlements
