The Irish Cancer Society provides free services to all those affected by cancer, including children and their families.

The Irish Cancer Society offer a number of supports and services to children and young people who have received a cancer diagnosis, as well as their families, such as:

- Support Line Freephone
- In-hospital support
- Parent peer support
- Child and adolescent counselling and psychological support services
- Patient Travel and Financial Grants including the volunteer driver service, the Children’s Fund (one off grant for families) and the Travel2Care Fund
- Fertility preservation
- In-home end-of-life nursing care
