Jack and Jill provides in-home nursing care and respite support throughout Ireland for children up to the age of 6 with severe to profound neurodevelopmental delay. This may include children with brain injury, genetic diagnosis, cerebral palsy, and undiagnosed conditions. Another key part of their service is end of life care for all children up to the age of 6, irrespective of diagnosis.

  • Age Requirement: 0-6

  • Eligibility/Criteria: Respite support is offered to children up to the age of 6 who have severe neurodevelopmental delay.
    Another key part of their service is end of life care which is provided for all children up to the age of 6 regardless of diagnosis.

  • Who can apply: They accept referrals from families, medical professionals, social workers, GP’s, Public Health Nurse’s and Early Intervention Teams.
    Following receipt of a referral, the Liaison Nurse Manager in the area will contact the family as soon as possible.

    A referral form must be completed. It is available to download or fill in online at: Referral Form | Jack and Jill
